Rates:

We use one of two methods to determine the cost of your move: the hourly rate or the package deal. We can assist you in choosing the method that best meets your needs.

Hourly Rate:

The Price is based on two factors:

Labor: You will be charged an hourly rate for each member of your moving crew. The billing starts from the time the crew arrives at the location from which you are moving and ends when they complete their work at your new house.
Materials: You will pay for only a portion of the packing material; ask our representative for more information on materials and prices.

Package Deal:
By working closely with you, we will create a package deal that includes a flat-rate price that is suitable for and compatible with your move. We will offer you a set price that will include all the expenses of the move, including packing material and mileage. You will know in advance exactly how much you will be charged for the move. The package deal lets you know ahead of time exactly how much the move will cost. To provide you with an accurate price send us an email and include all items that you anticipate moving to your new home. Upon receiving this, we can provide you with the price for your move.

Some helpful moving tips.

Fill luggage and duffle bags with clothing, sheets, towels, and paper goods.
Use a felt-tip pen to clearly label each box with its contents and the room it is to be placed in. Write these labels on the side of the boxes as opposed to the top, so that boxes in stacks can be identified.
Did you know that some of the expenses of moving are tax deductible?
If moving from an apartment, clean up the place, remove nails and spackle over holes. Take pictures before you leave so you can have proof of the condition it was left in.
Load the rooms to be unloaded first, last.
Carry all your valuable documents, items and jewelry with you.
Have a garage sale before your move to give yourself a little junk relief. You just might raise enough money to pay for your moving expenses.
